How much does a custom treehouse or playground cost?

Every project is unique and depends on factors such as size, materials, features, location, site access, and timeline. Most of our projects are custom-designed using a selection of pieces and features we offer, allowing us to balance your vision with the project's requirements, budget, and timeline. Reach out to us about your specific ideas and we'll help determine the best approach for your project.

How soon can you start my project?

Project timelines depend on the scope of the project, design, permitting requirements, and our current schedule. We recommend beginning the planning process at least 4 to 6 months before your desired completion date, although larger or more complex projects may require additional time. After our initial consultation, we'll provide a timeline outlining the design, approvals, and construction process so you know what to expect.

Do you handle all permits and inspections?

We handle permitting when it is required for the project and coordinate the necessary steps with the appropriate authorities. After discussing your project and site requirements, we'll identify the applicable permitting requirements and account for them during the planning process. We also perform a final inspection after construction is complete and provide the inspection report for your ongoing records.

What payment options do you offer?

Most of our projects use a milestone-based payment structure, with predetermined payment points established before construction begins. Depending on the project and client, we may also use a completion-based structure. Your specific payment schedule will be outlined in the contract so expectations are clear from the beginning.
